TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Quotes are valid for 60 days. If booking is not made in 60 days from the date of the quote, new prices may apply.
A deposit of 20% of the total is required on booking. Balance must be paid 30 days to wedding date. Any cancellation after the time and up to 30 days prior to the date of the wedding will attract a cancellation fee of 20% of the value of the booking. Cancellations made after the time and up to 20 days prior to the wedding will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the booking. Cancellations made less than 20 days before the date of the wedding will forfeit all monies paid.
The photographic image of ALL flowers, foliage and arrangements in our store or from other sources (either of Burwood Flower Domain or any of its vendors) may be different to actual flowers or arrangements due to seasonal differences and/or image quality. Samples and images may only be used as a guide. Burwood Flower Domain will not be liable for any variation in the size, colour, natural discolouration, shape, and availability of flowers and/or arrangements.
Upon confirmation, in event a product (flower, foliage or any accessories) is not available, we will endeavour to inform you by telephone. If you are not reachable within 6 hours of our first contact we will replace the product with a suitable match to your specifications.
